Aerospace Precision, Inc. was formed in 1994. In 2015, it merged the operations of Aerospace Distributors, Inc., Aerospace Intíl Leases and The Aerospace Group of Companies. On April 30, 2015, it acquired the assets of Luchner Tool Engineering, and now operating the engine, aircraft tool and GSE as a manufacturing division of Aerospace Precision, Inc.

Formed in 1998, Aerospace Precision, Inc. started its operation as a wheel and brake repair facility in Fort Lauderdale to support various aircraft operators. In March 2000, the company received several contractual agreements to support cargo and commercial operators in the USA, South America, South East Asia, Europe and Canada. In June 2002, the company relocated its operations to a company owned, 30,000 square feet facility in Hollywood, Florida. Deploying state of the art test equipment and capable of housing 75 employees, the company expanded its capabilities to include accessories repair and overhaul maintenance for commuter, business, wide and narrow body aircraft, and support for NG aircraft.
In 2015, the company merged the operations of Aerospace Distributors, Aerospace Intíl Leases and the Aerospace Group of Companies. The same year, it acquired Luchner Tool Engineering, a 45 year company and became a manufacturing division of Aerospace Precision.
In 2016, the company is moving its operations to a 40,000 SF facility in Pompano Beach, Florida 33069. It plans to expand the foot print to 60,000 SF to meet the growth demand in repair and overhaul services, PMA and Tool manufacturing.
Since then, Aerospace Precision has concluded repair management agreements and contracts, and offers exchange programs based on fixed cost for various types of rotable components, such as hydraulic and pneumatic aircraft parts for over 80 airlines worldwide. It also offers Power by Hour (PBH) repair contracts for rotable type equipment, as well as pooling opportunities.
